Ants, cockroaches, bed bugs, termites, mice and rats, wasps, fleas, ticks, spiders and mosquitoes, plus wildlife exclusion for squirrels, raccoons and bats. If the inspection finds something outside that list, we will tell you on the day and refer you rather than guess.
We use environmentally friendly, industry-approved products applied at the lowest effective rate, and we place them where people and animals do not go. Technicians follow a written re-entry protocol and will tell you exactly how long to stay out of a treated room, which is usually two to four hours.
A full interior and exterior inspection, treatment of any active infestation, sealing of the entry points we find, and scheduled return visits through the year. Between visits, a callback for a covered pest is free.

Out-of-hours treatment windows so we never interrupt trading, a named technician who knows the site, and an audit-ready service record left on every visit — dated, signed and legible for an inspector.
Standard appointments are usually available within 48 hours. Wasp nests, rodents in a living space and bed bug reports are treated as urgent and are normally seen the same day.
